Yes, confirmed. It appears that the PlayerDebug is working, but only so long as another GUI overlay is visible, eg. PlayerProcessInfo or Info overlays. When another overlay is visible the PlayerDebug overlay will be rendered.

But a better heatsink solution would be the best option. The flirc (or kodi) case is very good for this.

Just got one here, and one word of warning. Getting the sd card out on the PI3 is a PITA, since it doesn't spring out and it's inside the outer surface of the case. The sd card has to be removed to take the case back apart, should you need to.

@mikeb8591: Attach a strip of sellotape to the microsd card as a "tab" to make removal easier.

My workaround exactly [emoji6]
However I do agree that this should have been designed differently to not make this workaround necessary [emoji2]

Thanks, that finally occurred to me, now I just have to remove it again to do that. :-)

Since build 604, zomboided VPN manager for OpenVPN has been crashing Kodi, I'll post a crash log shortly.

Looks like something has gone titsup in CSettingsManager which just saw some big changes in #0604 (PR12125). Pinging @Montellese. You might also want to contact the Zomboided add-on maintainer in case they need to follow it up.

Yesterday I updated from a 17.0 RC build to the build from just yesterday (06.06.2017). Now I am not able to access the rpi via smb anymore because I am asked for a user and the password.
Tried root:libreelec but it didn't work. Was something changed regarding this?
Using WinSCP I was able to access the RPi with exactly the same user and password.

Thats not an issue that big, but I was wondering if anything was changed or I'm doing something wrong.

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - linkinsoldier - 2017-06-07

Go to settings ->libreelec -> services and see if samba is enabled, there you can also set the username and password

With kodi file manager, remove samba.conf from .config folder.
