I meant to ask why my youtube addon was stuck on 5.3.8 and did not automatically update to 5.3.9? Why I have to do it using the zip file?

Also when I go to your github page, which zip should i use to upgrade? plugin.video.youtube-5.3.9.zip or plugin.video.youtube-master.zip?

I have set to "zero" right now but most frequently i have so many buffering problems (i have set max resolution to 720p... it's the resolution i have ever use previously on Jarvis whitout dash support and i never obtain problems whit buffering) and i understood because.......... Another question it's.......... if i set this to 720p it's useless/not suggested to use DASH and you thinks it's best result whit this disabled ?

Honestly this is probably a better question for the inputstream guys. I also think there might be some documentation, if you go to the first post it should have the link.
