Anybody having problems with custom widgets on home screen not updating. For life of me, I've tried everything. I created a custom "In Progress" widget which seems to work in that it will show in progress movies fine, when you select a movie it will continue from where it left off. But it will not update the information it shows (like how far through the movie you are) until you exit xbmc and then come back in. I also have noticed that the widget will stay on the home screen all time, whether it has a movie displayed or not. The default in progress widget will disappear if no movies are there to view.
Can anyone help me with this. It only happens in AN 4 and not other skins.

Thanks for this mod. I have one problem though - BD cases are not displayed for 3D movies.

And install it using the zip installer on xbmc.
Settings --> Add-ons -->install from zip file.
I don't get this to work I'm using the latest Stable XBMC Version.
Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprice X64.
4.1.9.6 does work.
Please help, also have been tested on a clean Installed PC.

Extract it manually into the addons folder. It should work. You can also download the zip file from the git source https://github.com/WarLion/skin.Aeon-Nox-4.1.9

The mod from sveni_lee works perfectly, but i dont have movies in 3D, Do you see case for 3d movies in other views? (for example in showcase view).

3D Cases are displayed in Showcase view. Movie names should be like Avatar.3D.HSBS.mkv or Avatar.3D.HOU.mkv.

Sorry for asking such noob question. But how can I get cases on widgets like you have. Haven`t read the thread for a while.. I really like the cases you are using also.
Could you explain how you did it? Here is what I got now. I am running on Aeon nox 4.1.9.8 at the moment. GOTHAM version: Last beta (beta4) before stable release.

you only have to enable the "cases on Widgets" in Skin-setting and incenrt the
include_WidgetLayout.xml from here in your 1080i folder

3D cases do not work after mod in widget view. No case at all, only the poster. Folder/Files named correctly. This picture is your 'Movies' and not the widget. Random music widget empty now and displays nothing. All disc art animation (open covers, spinning discs, etc) no longer work at all. Using 13.1b2.

so far as I know this can't be related to the Mod of Include_widgetLayout.xml. Because thats the only xml which is moded
So (open covers, spinning discs) has nothing to do with this...
maybe is related to 13.1B2...

Sorry if this has been asked. I LOVE Nox 4.1.9.x and wonder what the future of it will be. I heard it can't be in the official repo but will work continue on it. I switch between it and MQ5 and both seem to have very similar feature sets. What can this version do that MQ5 can't?
