I forgot that in some countries, the internet connection is not unlimited ^^

You can enable setting to use local artworks in Artworks Beef settings but you can't on enable only for tv shows, this settings will be enable for all artworks.

but maybe theres one thing you can do to help me Guilouz is can you tell me and give me download link for Estuary MOD V2 that the last time still using Artwork Downloader for caching artwork, cuz on that version maybe still using extrafanart folder for feature extrafanart

 You must copy 'skin.estuary.modv2' folder in 'addons' folder in '/storage/.kodi'.

 In dialog info, 'Artwork Beef' button -> fanart. Items in green are fanarts in database, just select one of them to define one fanart.
