Long story short, it is possible, but doesn't solve the main issue I had. Everything I was doing was through the Linux side of the device. What is it you are trying to accomplish?

What actually worked is improving the connection and bumping the amount of memory used to cache.

I don't think so, Kodi will still remain in internal
