You're right though that the button is missing from the PVR info dialog.
EDIT: Looks like a small typo stopping it from displaying. Will fix now.
Still no record button in v2.4.30, if it was ment to be working now?

Commit was made after that release. It will be in 2.4.31
All good now , thanks!

Any plans to add episode/season info to epg?

Sorry I don't have time to also make a wiki currently. It is a lot of work on top of the skin. If someone wants to make tutorials/wiki content I will happily post it to github in the wiki section (assuming it is of a decent quality and it isn't discussing/showcasing banned addons of course).

The episodes info only displays if the ListItem.Property(totalepisodes) field has a value. If you are seeing this info then it means whatever plugin you're using is incorrectly setting a value for this property for movies. You will need to speak to the plugin author to address the bug in their code.

No there is no setting. The number of audio channels and the video resolution is displayed in the info line below the title. You can already see other codec details such as version type, aspect, and codecs in the info panel as text.

I did want to put audio/subs info somewhere but currently there is no good space for it. The lower left space is reserved for next widget peek (e.g. the cast in info) and will not have information added there.

Hi jurialmunkey, first off thank you for your work on this skin.

Within Kodi I use a separate video source for my anime. I would like to display this just as the default Movies and Tv Shows widget do, but can't seem to get it right.

I have tried several settings, changing the Action for the menu item, but I keep ending up with this:

The content itself is scraper properly, because when I enter this menu item it is displayed correctly, like this:

How would I go about to get this sorted?

RE: Arctic Fuse 2 - Chalklands - 2024-12-08

Hi,
Is it possible to create a widget from your favourites?

RE: Arctic Fuse 2 - philamp - 2024-12-09

Hi jurialmunkey, This AF2 skin is just Cool  and Love. Thanks a lot for your fabulous work.
The xmas snow mode is the fun cherry on the cake Smile

Would it be possible to consider those ajustements ? :
- adding audio/subtitles lists of languages (3 chars like "ENG/FRE/SPA") at the bottom left like it's done on AZ2Resurection on viewlists ?
- adding the movie title under each poster on poster viewlists ? it would make up for items lacking a clear poster image with clear title or even poster missing. So far I use the circle/disc view that has titles under each items.

Thanks anyway

Thanks for epg season/episode! @jurialmunkey

Btw , i noticed that the "i" button in gui live tv playback doesn´t do anything. Nothing happens on press

RE: Arctic Fuse 2 - htpc-mac - 2024-12-09

First off this skin is dangerously fast.
Second, I don't get sound in trailers. In fact, I don't get a osd when a trailer is playing. Is this expected behaviour?

RE: Arctic Fuse 2 - Gaddinator90 - 2024-12-09

@jurialmunkey not sure if you have had any other reports of this but quite often recently I've noticed the navigation is pretty laggy when navigating on the homescreen between widget groups from the side menu, I've cleared kodi cache etc which has made no difference. Has anyone else noticed this?

RE: Arctic Fuse 2 - Dan_of_Earth - 2024-12-10

any way we can bring back the rewind button on the player, or at least add custom options?  I can't imagine a "previous chapter" button getting more use than rewind, and fumbling through all the player options to use the actual play head is kind of inconvenient.  Just feels like a weird choice as it is currently.

I don't understand this comment about "fumbling through all the options"

All you need to do is press OK (to open OSD), press up to give the seekbar focus, then use the left/right keys to seek.
I can't see how that it is any more difficult than pressing OK (to open OSD) then moving left/right to find the rewind button, then spamming OK repeatedly to jump backwards.

Its the same number of buttons presses, and, if anything, using the seekbar is better because you can hold left/right to move back/forwards (rather than spamming OK). And you can actually seek forward again using right if you overshoot.

Also the seekbar is accessible from ALL the four left side buttons onup, so it doesn't matter which control you had focused previously, which should make it even easier to access.

Skin doesn't have much to do with playback of audio/video. That's all handled by Kodi.

I'm not sure what you mean by "dont get a osd". The trailers play in a dialog, not fullscreen (assuming you mean playing trailers inside info dialog).

Bottom left is reserved for next widget information.

Poster views are specifically designed to not have labels -- there's also not much space width wise so it isn't a good candidate for this type of thing and they'd be even smaller if the vertical size was reduced to make space for a label.

Plenty of other types of views that do have labels if labels are needed.

You can choose a poster style widget in the widget configuration dialog.

If the information is not displayed then it must be missing when used as a widget. Just because it displays when opened in the library window does not mean it is being attached to the plugin path.

Works fine for me. Should open wikipedia. Maybe you dont have wiki addon installed or maybe the PVR you're using isn't giving a proper title it can use to search.
