Yep, seems to be the same issue. But any solutions so far?

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - DarrenHill - 2018-04-06

Concerning the tvdb API, yes there seems to be an issue.

We understand that they are aware of it, but beyond that it's a case for patience and waiting for it to be resolved at their end.

Is not it better to disable the power off when copying an update to the SD card?

Kodi has no idea you are copying an update file to the SD card.

I did now and I left my comment. Thanks.

It's not new feature but rather limitation of possible resolution / refresh rates when switching channels etc. Sort of 720p signal on 1080p display. Would you like RPi to up-convert it to 1080 or play directly as 720p and let the display do the scaling? In my case play as is at source refresh rate and let the display do all image processing. No Whiltelist in my case.

I'd rather see a forced set that would ignore HDMI ID tags or lack of them. Similar to what is done with audio output. I can force any combination even digital AC3 right into my headphones. Ouch, my ears, that was a mistake Wink

@Milhouse I got bounced back to Kodi thread from Github.

How do I do that?

RE: LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0) - 3DBuff - 2018-04-07

Great, thanks a lot.

I'm going to try it as well on projector setup where Matrix Switch has 7.1 audio extractor on separate HDMI out port. The switch locks up on 60Hz when everything is on and I need to reboot RPi for upgrades or something similar. Audio extractor is on separate port to limit HDMI hoops and keep it out of the loop when not used.

I made it for projector with Matrix Switch as well. Didn't have time to test it.
