- tiben20 - 2010-01-02 Oh right im committing the change i removed in the some modif beetween the broke ill post a build in an hour Yes Tiben :-) - luxmen - 2010-01-02 tiben20 Wrote:first of all you need to post a full debug log this way Yes Tiben nice job !! BIG THX... I've search long time with the problem.... it's special character "é" in my folder. But you know other movies in this folder played correctly... Now for me ALL Worked on windows seven !!! but i use the old 25915 build BIG THX TIBEN FOR ALL !! now i've a perfect media center ! - tiben20 - 2010-01-02 http://www.multiupload.com/1HL8RICTL6 Reverted the only change i made in the evr from the working to broken build rev 26269 - jwk147 - 2010-01-02 tiben20 Wrote:http://www.multiupload.com/1HL8RICTL6 Thanks tiben! Downloading and installing now ... - Freddo - 2010-01-02 Thanks Tiben, that's back to what it was like before now, the first file I play works, any subsequently played files fail to render. Debug log: Second Playback Fails To Render DTS audio has a weird choppy effect as some other users have described previously. Here's a debug log of that: Choppy DTS Debug Log Might be worth noting the OSD notes the fps as around 16, Maybe its choosing the wrong frame-rate for some reason? I understand your busy with subtitles though so no rush looking into these. I've prepared some idx/sub subtitles for testing, let me know when that's available and I'll check it out! Thanks! - tiben20 - 2010-01-02 Hey guys what do you think about the new osd i made The second one has the audio renderer info Audio Decoder: Mpa Decoder | Renderer: DirectSound: SoundMAX HD Audio Video Decoder: MPC Video Decoder | H.264 bitstream decoder, no FGT Source Filter:MKV Source If someone has a better idea just say it ill consider it - hades_2100 - 2010-01-02 tiben20 Wrote:Hey guys what do you think about the new osd i made Not clear, aside from the CPU usage (which could be due to background tasks), how do we tell HW acceleration is working? hades hades, - hellohello - 2010-01-02 this bit right here: "...H.264 bitstream decoder, no FGT" is indicative of DXVA working (along with CPU usage). unless of course you're using COREAVC, then you'll have to rely on CPU usage only. tiben20, btw, your latest build is working on Win7x64. so whatever you (un)did fixed it. HOWEVER, i should point out that in SETTINGS > VIDEO > DSPLAYER > Vista-thingamajig is UNCHECKED. when it's CHECKED, DXVA is borked. - tiben20 - 2010-01-02 hades_2100 Wrote:Not clear, aside from the CPU usage (which could be due to background tasks), how do we tell HW acceleration is working? | H.264 bitstream decoder, no FGT this is the dxva mode description the cpu usage its visual studio debug mode , i didnt cut the print screen it to show that the cpu usage was high exactly for that reason. The same video in release mode on this computer is at 9 % while playing and going up to 15% when seeking hellohello Wrote:this bit right here:Ok for the xxxDXdxXFdxFxdfXdgX times im going to say it this options is for devlopement and testing only when you check it you might have a big descriptions in the osd saying DXVA WILL NEVER WORK WITH NON DEFAULT RENDERER ON - hades_2100 - 2010-01-02 tiben20 Wrote:| H.264 bitstream decoder, no FGT Thanks for the explanation. The last version that works for me was build 25381. That constantly said H264. hades ah sorry then - hellohello - 2010-01-02 that i missed it. i only pointed it out because, up until THIS build, if that option WASN'T checked, i would get the infamous PAUSE screen. so, again, my apologies to the utter poster boy of obsessive compulsive workaholic programming genius that is the tiben of 20. - seaweed - 2010-01-02 Build 26269 works on my ION with win7 64bit, nice work tiben20 (Btw, as pointed out earier: In settings, video, dsplayer, the EVR option can NOT be checked, or it will not work) Now im looking forward to subtitles support, so my gf can use xbmc also , she is a subtitles addict - neil.j1983 - 2010-01-02 excellent work. i'm wondering if in the future you've considered adding other video renderers such as madVR? so that we can select video renderer as well as audio renderer? i know this stops hardware accel, but the image quality is brilliant. on topic, with reclock, it picks up the second video played just fine, and can speed it up / slow it down perfectly, just no audio (it stays loaded in between videos). i get the feeling that something isnt stopping correctly when the video is stopped? not that this is of any help. - JustinKlim - 2010-01-02 tiben20 Wrote:http://www.multiupload.com/1HL8RICTL6 That's done it. All working again now in Win7. - fluffylob - 2010-01-02 JustinKlim Wrote:That's done it. All working again now in Win7. And here, thanks tiben20! One feature I have lost since 25915 is audio stream selection. Pretty sure it's not my setup as dropping the old 25915 exe back in allows me to select streams again. Anyone else having this? Cheers, Chris |
