Edit 1: Running Frodo 12.2 on a Pivos Xios Linux build
Edit 2: Just tried on the PC running a matching version and exact same error.
You need to update XBMC. The add-on doesn't work on XBMC Frodo.
Updated the first Xios to Linux Gotham 13.2 build, installed the add-on and is working great for the anaheim game. Now to go around and update the other 4 boxes lol

Great work Carb0. But how can I play the 5000kbps stream? The settings don't let me choose it. Do I have to use the "best" option?

Try this:
1. Change you username in the add-on settings to something else (for example USERNAME12345)
2. Save the settings
3. Leave the add-on
4. Open the add-on (you should get a message to check your login credentials)
5. Change your username to the real one and save the settings
6. It should work again

Use 'Best' or 'Always Ask'. If you choose 'Always ask' you can choose your preferred quality before you play a stream.

It's not working for me either. Latest Games is working, but it only shows games from the past 48 hours.

Can confirm the same on Win8. Script errors on anything for October this year (Archived, Highlights etc.) other than Latest Games section. Everything else before this year also won't play but without a script error.
Feed looks great for those that work.

Unfortunately for me it just says 'Check your login credentials' and doesn't load.
I have tried both of valid account credentials, Rogers and NHL, and neither are working. They work fine on the PS4 app and the website.

The quality and game type selection doesn't work properly. Try different combinations if streams don't start. If the 'Latest Games' section doesn't show any games, try togggling the 'Rogers login' option in settings (even if you don't have a Rogers login). Both errors will be fixed in the next version. I just wanted to get the live game fix out as fast as possible.
I rewrote the whole add-on and changed it's internal structure before the season started. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish everything in time and fixing live games took more time than expected. There are a lot of small bugs and inconsistencies that will be fixed in the next few weeks. I also plan to bring back classic games and add scores for all games. When all of that is done, I will post everything on github.
This update is very much in a beta state. Carb0 released it early so we could enjoy the live section while he finished the rest.

Just wanted to give everyone my most sincere thank yous for all the hard work and great problem solving on getting this add on up and running again, I have been trolling the forum just watching you guys discuss the issues, it's quite wonderful the level of knowledge being shared. Obviously thank you Carb0s for your continued dedication to this add on!
Now to the point... I can confirm live games are working on 13.2 on my Ouya with no issues.

Is anyone have issues tonight? I'm listening to the habs game and the game stopped a lot for buffering. I tried diffrent configuration with no change. I'm in 1600 ko now and everything's fine when I'm on my PC and use the nhl website. My PC is on wifi and my XBMC box on wire!

I watched the whole first period of the habs game, no problems at all.
