That leaves two possible culprits: memory or power supply.

Have you been able to try some different memory? If the memory is bad, it might not POST.

Also, do you have access to a power supply tester like one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16899261023 (an invaluable tool for any builder) to see if there's a problem with one of the rails perhaps?

Dear Dougie,

time ago i was posting in this thread some questions, and you kindly solved them.

I'm getting an issue with this configuration. Maybe some of you are experiencing it also?
The problem is that im connecting the HTPC to the TV through HDMI. And when i'm changing channel, switching off TV, or something like that, when i return to the channel where HTPC is displayed, i have no audio.

I have been trying to solve it by myself for some time. Trying to find new audio drivers for the ASRock A75M-ITX. But no way. Audio still disappears after i change channel or switch off the TV.

Does anyone got the same problem? Any workaround for this?

Is there another website to order the Realan E-I5 series cases other then www.ecosmartpc.com because they are out of the black version for all models it seems.

I have some questions for you:

1. In the E-I5 will fit the Noctua Nh-l9i (37mm) + SSD?
2. On Ecosmartpc site, the upgrade to AC adapter to 84W will include this one and this one or only one of them?

A 37mm will fit, yes. When ordering an upgrade it replaces the standard component. We also have USB3 on the front panel and a small plexiglass window on the front for an IR receiver. I need to update the pictures next week Smile

No, 37mm is the practical max. The 'T' Intel stock heat sink will fit but not the standard 2-1/8" heat sink.

Reading the specs

Ei5=75mm
this cooler is 45
this ssd is 7
material thickness 2*2mm
sum ~56mm

so it should be 75-56=19mm between the ssd and the cooler. Right?

Thank you mate. I saw the new model with USB 3.0 and IR window (Realan E-I7n) and it´s amazing. A pity that you don´t send to Europe Sad

It costs whatever the shipper (USPS) charges. Paying for shipping is part of life if the guy down the street doesn't offer it.
