I have XBMClive Dharma 10.0 installed and I inserted a DVBt USB Stick into my Zotac device. the drivers for the DVBT stick should work. I followed the steps mentioned in the first post but it does not seem to work. After having installed everything I was able to see the channel list in the Web Interface of Tvheadend (from another PC in my homeNET) but I did not get it to work in XBMC. When I click on LIVE TV a message pops up which tells me no PVR Client is running. I set up in System -> Addons -> Installed -> PVR clients -> Tvheadend HTSP Client the IP adress to the IP adress of my XBMC Box but that did not help. What did I do wrong? - any more info needed to help me out? Is there a way to (more or less) start from scratch again without new installation of the complete setup? Additionally i would like to mention that the TV setup in the setup menue only appears in the default Confluence Skin ... made me search a while during the use of Aeon! Any help is appreciated! Thanks for the work, krijeck - opdenkamp - 2011-02-17 @krijeck please pastebin a full debug log about the skin: there are only a few skins that support PVR. confluence is one of them. - BiX82 - 2011-02-17 About timeshift / live buffer: Why is the pause button not available in fullscreen live tv? Only if I change back to the list of channels and use the pause button in the sidemenu. And is there a walkaround to fix that? - ant_thomas - 2011-02-17 BiX82 Wrote:About timeshift / live buffer: I'm fairly sure there isn't a proper timeshift / live buffer feature, so that's why it isn't available in fullscreen. Does it actually work from the list of channels? - krijeck - 2011-02-17 dushmaniac Wrote:@krijeck here is my debug log file: http://pastebin.com/Kb03sLi3 hope that helps - opdenkamp - 2011-02-17 eeh, did you enable the addon? System -> Addons -> Installed -> PVR clients -> Tvheadend HTSP Client -> Enable - opdenkamp - 2011-02-17 ant_thomas Wrote:I'm fairly sure there isn't a proper timeshift / live buffer feature, so that's why it isn't available in fullscreen.totally overlooked this post. no timeshift (yet) - krijeck - 2011-02-17 dushmaniac Wrote:eeh, did you enable the addon? of course I had! Strange thing happend now! I unplugged my two USB drives (where I anyhow hat trouble because XBMC was not able to find the movies and so on ... another issue!) and now Live TV works! -not enough happy smilies here ... again my debug log from now: http://pastebin.com/7T2WezCH so now I will reconnect the USB drives and hoping it still works! thanks for that great work!!! krijeck PS: how do I integrate the Live TV Button into other Skins? (Aeon and/or Customizable Confluence?) - Favorite? - opdenkamp - 2011-02-18 hmm weird. can't see something in your log that indicates an error. - ErAzOr2k - 2011-02-18 Can anyone tell how how i can disable tvheadend autostart after reboot my server? - janumix - 2011-02-18 the simplest way to remove link in /etc/rc2.d/ and in /etc/rc3.d that has "tvheadend" in name. You can leave script "tvheadend" in /etc/init.d for further usage. Regards Janusz |
