- fincheresque - 2010-01-21 Just a reminder that MKV is a container, not an encoding format, so it's quite possible for one MKV to play fine, and another one not to play at all. When mentioning a not-playing MKV remember to specify the format it's encoded in (almost always h264, sometimes MPEG2, sometimes VC-1/WMVHD) and a log is always helpful. - Matix - 2010-01-21 Quote:Originally Posted by blinkeb Hi, Could you upload this build again ? Rapidshare download seems to be exceeded //edit hrhr got it //edit Ok did a quick install with old profil and so far running really very nice. Changing audio stream works like a charm Is the digital audio output (ac3, dts) only playable with a receiver ? Thanks a lot ! Regards, Matix - edwinmcdunlap - 2010-01-21 I enabled dsplayer in advancedsettings.xml and it's working perfectly Playing Star Trek in 1080p. - jdaustin - 2010-01-21 Still looking for suggestions. On a playback, I'm not getting a stutter but more of a flicker issue. This happens with dsplayer set in the advancedsettings and on anything I tried, not just h264 content in MKV files. unable to Fast Forward or Rewind on build 26998-dx - leo653 - 2010-01-21 I am on a windows 7 x64 machine and I am unable to Fast Forward or Rewind any of my files after updating to build 26998-dx. Anyone else having the same issue? Audio Decoder: Mpa Decoder |Renderer: Default DirectSound Device Video Decoder: MPC Video Decoder |H.264 bitstream decoder, no FGT Source Filter: MKV Source Note: Multiple audio streams support appears to be working without any problems. Thank you for all of the hard work going into this project. Anyone else having the same issue? i noticed but its far away from happening every time. I also find out exactly where is the problem so ill fix as soon as i got 2 min. - tiben20 - 2010-01-22 edwinmcdunlap Wrote:I enabled dsplayer in advancedsettings.xml and it's working perfectlyIts really looking nice with the filters name at top - kjgarrison - 2010-01-22 tiben20 Wrote:windows xp and 7 read this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DXVA Thanks. - warpanda - 2010-01-22 I wanted to thank you all for all your work on this. In terms of xmbc playback matching the refresh rate of the vid, I seem to only get sound and a black screen when I check that option. Using Win 7 x86 and a Acer Revo. I know this was an issue before, but I thought it was fixed? - neil.j1983 - 2010-01-22 reclock is now working great across multiple videos! good work. unfortunately, audio stream switching isn't (works great with directsound but not reclock) I'm not too worried as FLAC is my first audio track but just letting you know. - Dalidah - 2010-01-22 Scott R Wrote:Just to correct/clarify...the problem does not appear to be created during the *install* of XBMC/DSPlayer, but rather the first time I try to play the file with XBMC/DSPlayer. Again, if I install XBMC/DSPlayer, then MPC-HC, the file plays fine through MPC-HC. Then when I try to play the file through XBMC/DSPlayer, sound is gone. Exit XBMC and play the file through MPC-HC and still no sound. Same issue here on Ion 330 HT W7x64... just a little worse (video not working too!). Keeping it short: 1 - MPC-HC is installed and same is for XBMC 2 - MPC-HC is set as external player in XBMC 3 - I can play perfectly movies 1080 with all audio tracks via MPC-HC (both loading them directly through MPC-HC and XBMC's) 4 - If and when, I try to open a movie with DSPlayer (via the "play with" XBMC context menu), movie does not play at ll (DSplayer played movies fine before I first installed mpc-hc) and reverts back to XBMC 5 - From that moment on, audio output is muted in MPC-HC until I re-install MPC-HC and same behaviour persists in DSplayer (no video and audio at all). 6 - I can hear only one track (i.e. no possibility to switch between languages) in MPC-HC if i disable the audio switcher. It's sure that something is conflicting between DSplayer and MPC-H - Matix - 2010-01-22 Dalidah Wrote:Same issue here on Ion 330 HT W7x64... just a little worse (video not working too!). Keeping it short: Yep I figured that out too. I installed it on my test machine the newest rev, mkv file plays fine with switching the audio streams. Then I opened the same mkv file with mpc and had no audio either with mpc or with dsplayer. Doesn't really matter to me, since I'm not using mpc on my zotac ion board. Just fyi. Wait a sec ill remove everything related with the configuration of the audio decoder. Its going to fixe your problem and the one from the earlier post neil.j1983 Wrote:reclock is now working great across multiple videos! good work.Ohhh thats something that will be easy to fix - shaitanfree - 2010-01-22 Builds are available here http://passion-xbmc.org/gros_fichiers/xbmcdsplayer/index.php And here: http://passion-xbmc.org/xbmc/acceleration-materiel-sous-xbmc-windows-grace-a-dsplayer/ (first message) - blinkseb - 2010-01-23 Hey guys !
