Sorry if this is a silly question but what is the latest version and how does one get it? Looking in the official repo, it looks like 1.1.1 is the latest (which I have) but I have seen a lot of changes mentioned (i.e. wrapping in Favorites) going back a while but haven't seen an update show up in the official repo is there another place I should be looking or we just waiting on the powers-that-be? I just tried removing & re-installing the skin but nothing changed.

Thanks much!

still looking forward to a pre-eden compatible version! Wink

v1.1.2 got delayed because of an XML error but I've fixed that and pushed 1.1.3 about a week ago. It's just a matter of waiting until they get time to pull before it'll appear on the repo.

As I said I'm way to busy on something else to look into that just yet.

Woo-hoo - 1.1.3 finally hit the repo. Love all the changes, Hitcher. Navigation is even more intuitive now. Good job at keeping the skin simple and easy to use.

I wish this skin was around when I was first learning my way around XBMC.

Thanks.

any chance of adding support for the cinema script? I dont know how hard it is but it would be a cool addition.

the most intuitive and fluid skin for xbmc so far. great job!

Is there any possibility shortening the duration of the 'fade out' of the OSD after skipping forward/back or pausing/unpausing?

That area of the screen is typically reserved for subtitles or other scene information in videos. Similarly some of the dialogs are quite large and can hinder the reading of on-screen assets (e.g. letters/etc) during paused (with the OSD staying on screen longer than any content/subtitle does even after unpause).

I think that's my only complaint with the skin. Everything else is exceptionally polished - I especially love the ability to close menus intuitively via direction (e.g. down to close) rather than clear/back/escape as traditionally employed by skins.

I noticed this myself the other day (along with the fact that I'd missed adding the current time to this dialog) so I'll get it fixed for the next release.

Thanks Hitcher.

Do you consider XeeBo skin development finished (apart from minor tweaking like the above) at this point? It certainly seems complete.

Yes, totally.

Love this skin. Very intuitive and my girlfriend likes it too (less is more). One question:

Is there any way to hide the Recommended Items / Recently Viewed / Added screen?

- Hitcher - 2011-06-26

It would look it bit odd without them but you can set XBMC to start in a window of your choice if you don't like the Home screen.

I love this theme on my ATV2, it runs very smoothly!

I just upgraded the XBMC version to the pre-Eden (10.0-9) on my ATV2 and discovered that Xeebo was not in the official repository of the pre-Eden! Do you have any plan to adapt Xeebo for this new version? or maybe are you waiting for the official release of Eden?

I'm waiting for things to settle down a bit (last time I tested a nightly the scrapers weren't working) and there's still plenty of skinning changes to come.
