I do agree with Eldorado. If you submit the patches to Bluecop I'm sure he would be more than willing to incorporate them and roll out a fix for everyone. Devs love help from the community
That function of Sportsdevil only updates the catcher files, all are .txt
To update the py's you would need a new release of the addon, or at least you should to ensure you keep track of code changes appropriately
The last posts by Bluecop indicated he is busy but still lurking, if users send updates to his google code page there's a better chance he will see and possibly pull them in for a new release

This is a great thread! I'm loving Free Cable, even with its quirks. Thanks for the CBS update andyman. Most of what my wife watches is there.
I do have a question. ABC never listed episodes before and I saw this fix:

I replaced abc.py and enabled ABC RSS streaming and now I get a script error just trying to open ABC. This happens on my XBMC on my ATV2 and on my Windows PC. IS there something I overlooked? Thanks!

Hi everyone, having problems with the new cbs.py, always get script error in XBMC when clicking on any show (show name, can't get to episodes). Anyone else having the same?
PS : I had no trouble with previous fixes only this one...

Did you install the add-on or just the Bluecop repository? If it's the latter and the repository appears to be empty (i.e., no add-ons listed), then see this: http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=Add-ons#Empty_repository_list

Thanks for the work that's been put into keeping this working! Just a quick question - I no longer see any available episodes of Modern Family (ABC) even after updating to the latest abc.py file; is that normal? I see a couple episodes available if I go to ABC.com and would have expected they'd show up in Free Cable. In the meantime, there are still some episodes on Hulu, so it's not a huge problem if for whatever reason they no longer work on Free Cable.
