- Dilligaf - 2011-08-04 Moving to alphabetized folders was working great until it got to The Black Keys, they went to music/T/The black Keys. Not a major problem but words like "the" should be ignored. Thanks again. I'll move it over to artist sort names - Sixth.Gear - 2011-08-04 Absolutely great program you have going here. Something that I've been looking for, for a long time! That being said, for some reason post processing is just hanging: 04-Aug-2011 02:22:47 - INFO :: Thread-20 : Checking to see if there are any folders to process in download_dir: [SNIP] 04-Aug-2011 02:22:47 - INFO :: Thread-20 : Found 2 folders: ['SNIP', 'SNIP'] Nothing after that, no error or anything else. Using the win32 binary, updated to the most recent version with the built in updater. - jdoggvt - 2011-08-04 I agree, this is really incredible! Does anybody else have a problem with AC/DC not loading all the way? - maxpower - 2011-08-04 Loving this so far, just got one question at the moment (apologies if this has been asked, have had a quick scan of the thread but couldn't see it): What parameters does Headphones use to decide which version of an album to use? Have a few albums where I'm missing a track or have one track too many due to different regional releases. One that's jumped out as being completely wrong in my list is the album "Relapse" by Eminem. Headphones appears to be taking its data from "Relapse: Refill", which I assume is some kind of bonus disk as it only has 7 tracks. As a result Headphones lists the album as having 20/7 tracks. Is there/will there be someway to alter the album chosen from the MusicBrainz database? postprocessing - fergalom - 2011-08-04 Sixth.Gear Wrote:Absolutely great program you have going here. Same here on a qnap nas box. - rembo10 - 2011-08-04 fergalom and Sixth.Gear - start an issue in github so i can try to figure out what's going on maxpower - you're right about Eminem - Relapse. Basically it picks a release out of a release group through a couple parameters: 'Has ASIN', Country (prefers US releases over others), format (prefers digital releases and CDs over others), and the difference between the # of tracks and the average number of tracks for the release group. So with the Eminem example, there's one release with 2 songs, one with 7, 3 with 20. Using 'Has ASIN', Country and format, it narrows it down to the 7 song disc and the 20 song disc - but the average count (according to python at least - since it rounds down) is 69/5 = 13, so it takes the 7 song disc i'll change it to use the exact number, or maybe the mode instead of the mean - Sixth.Gear - 2011-08-04 rembo10 Wrote:fergalom and Sixth.Gear - start an issue in github so i can try to figure out what's going on Done, thanks! Awesome support - Jeax - 2011-08-05 Hey, great work on headphones. Really brings together my HTPC to be fully automated once the project is 100% complete and i really apreciate your massive commitment to the project! It's truly inspiring. Quick bug: Post processing seems to fail here and stop until i restart it, then it gets stuck on this point Code: 05-Aug-2011 00:20:35 - INFO :: Thread-95 : Starting post-processing for: will.i.am - Songs About Girls Another Post processing failure: Code: 05-Aug-2011 05:05:44 - DEBUG :: Thread-158 : Renaming /home/xbmc/downloads/complete/Music/Fall Out Boy - Folie a Deux [2008]/07 - (Coffee's for Closers).mp3 ---> 07 - (Coffee's for Closers).mp3 directory listing of folder: Code: xbmc@xbmc:~/downloads/complete/Music/Fall Out Boy - Folie a Deux [2008]$ dir Possibly the nested folder (Contains bonus tracks) makes it crash? Edit: Nevermind, removed nested folder and still hanging after renaming, same file it hangs on too (Coffee's for Closers) Just a quick problem/feature req from me:Would it be possible to implement a HTTP web req that forces headphones to do post processing on a specific file path? E.g http://HTPC/headphones/postProcess?=%FolderName% or possibly be able to set up headphones to watch the downloads folder and automatically post process files? I have a relatively limited internal hard drive on my HTPC which downloads the files and then transfers them during post processing to my raid array for storage, however i've found while im using headphones to build my music collection with lots (and lots!) of albums, the post processing being set to 24 hours means by the end of the 24 hours My hard drive is full and my downloads begin to fail! Solution? a way to have a post processing script set for music downloads inside sabnzbd so that even if their is a folder inside the download directory that causes post processing to fail, other downloads are still processed so it doesn't keep failing on the same one Thanks again for the great work though. - Aenima99x - 2011-08-05 fergalom Wrote:Same here on a qnap nas box. Update - Post-processing just hung again and I found that it got stuck on another folder with the following "Motrhead - Motrizer_No Limits.nzb (invalid encoding)". So it definitely looks like a problem post-processing on files/folders with bad encoding. - Jeax - 2011-08-05 Aenima99x Wrote:Update - Post-processing just hung again and I found that it got stuck on another folder with the following "Motrhead - Motrizer_No Limits.nzb (invalid encoding)". I'm having a similar post processing problem (See few posts ago) However i can only ssh through to my server, if its an invalid character would it not show inside the terminal? Not that familiar with handling non asci encoding file names so not sure if the terminal supports displaying them - HenryFord - 2011-08-05 Aenima99x Wrote:Update - Post-processing just hung again and I found that it got stuck on another folder with the following "Motrhead - Motrizer_No Limits.nzb (invalid encoding)". Edit: It may be caused by your OS - do you have this character encoding enabled? I know that Linux has a lot of problems with handling Umlauts (which are by the way not "non-ascii-characters" it is only not a standard-ascii character, it is however in the extended table). Can the characters be displayed when you do a listing of the directory? The signs you are using "" indicates encoding problems, set your encoding sheme to utf-8 and change the files accordingly (the command should be something like "encoding system utf8", more on man encoding) - Aenima99x - 2011-08-05 HenryFord Wrote:Report to the issue tracker - I however have a few artists with ö,ä,ü (Umlauts) which work well... Ubuntu uses UTF-8 by default, so not really sure what's going on. - DejaVu - 2011-08-06 Is there a quick way to remove the entire Library and start over and can I get HeadPhones to ignore Compilation Artists? |
