Using 1920x1080_60_0 mode is very good choice for me and video playback quality is excellent, but I noticed that I can use interlace mode 1920x1080_60i (it is validated according to Xorg.0.log).

And I set interlace mode.
Video playback quality is the same as 1920x1080_60_0 mode (I think), but graphics in XBMC GUI is not very good.

In theory which mode should be better choice in my case: interlaced or non-interlaced?

Non-interlaced aka progressive is always better.
