U said u added lav filters in ur mediasconfig, but i noticed they don't appear anywhere in ur error log, this is something i copied when u're trying to play a MKV:

And it appears several times in the log, no traces of lav filters. It seems it's using the Mkv source and the MPC filter, not the lav filters. Either u didn't put the mediasconfig in the correct place and it's not loading it, or u have some kind of error there. Check it out.
Edit: this is something i noticed not being an expert in this, with a quick look... May be others can tell u more accurate things
Probably a silly question - but you do have LAV Filters installed on your machine?

Yeah I noticed that too but was hoping something in there told why it wasnt reading the lavfilter xml files. Il look it over again. Thanks for the feedback I apreciate it.

Hahahaha, no its not really that silly of a question, but yes I do have all the current versions of lav Filters and cuvid.

Whenever i change into Owing new builds,trying to change the Subtitles to the Greek ones,or the SRT's,in the Audio Settings,the movie stucks and i have to restart it. WHY?
Also trying through the MPC Splitter in the Video Setting there is not any option for subtitles

Recently, this summer apparently, libass of xbmc have been updated, now in the standard player, all ass feature are supported, and all the test files i have with some tricky feature or specific cases are played perfectly. When i've tried a dsplayer version, all the test files i have failled somewhere to render properly (i'm not talking about a crash issue).
So question about subtitles :
- Is the rendering engine still the same, or has it been updated ?
- If not updated, do you intend, "one day", to update it ?
