As i've seen how skin fusion is doing it, i think this should be a setting.
Let choose the behaviour for music and videos.
So there are easy radiobuttons to enable "go to files" or "go to root" for videos.
Same for music, go to files, albums or artists.
That way there is a default behaviour for every user.

Anyone else have an issue with the information panel only showing up after playing a video? I have my tv shows in showart view. The information panel is set to automatic after 3 seconds (but it doesn't matter whether it is set to automatic or show always, it still does the same thing). When I access my shows the information panel never shows up. The only way to get it to show up is to go into any one of my shows and start playing an episode. Then if I go back to my show list the panel functions properly. If I go back to the main menu I have to repeat the process all over again.
Not sure if this is a bug or if I am the only one with this issue.

Sorry to ask this question but the discussion of cases has left me a bit confused im new to xbmc.
My cases work fine except i have 3 hdtv rips (not available on blu-ray) and one of them properly displays an hdtv case (its 720p), however the other two 1080i hdtv files have blu cases like its a blu-ray how can i make it have an HDTV case?
I renamed the file with hdtv at the end but it still shows a blu-ray case.
Also i have a couple folders with blu-ray tv shows (mostly blu-ray) is it possible to have cases for those?
The folder is just titled Tv shows.

Also just curious im using the addon to scrape extra artwork, if i have it set to run automated scan will it scrape the extra artwork site as well automatically?
Or do i need to manually do that?

And sorry one last question.
I have all my blu-rays as bdmv folder structure, and I cannot get blu-ray cases to show up. Its just a generic blue case. I did a search and it seems alot of other people have trouble with this as well, but I could not find a solution.
I even renamed the folder with the bdmv structure inside it from
Sleepy Hollow to
SleepyHollow.Bluray
and it still wont show up as a blu-ray cover.

Thanks MarcosQui. I am so happy today to see the Big Fanart change during music playback - slideshow background. Thank you so much for incorporating this much awaited feature.
Suggest an improvement:
1. Could the slideshow appear in full screen in music visualization mode. currently the slideshow appears only in main menu.
2. Also, it would b e great to have high resolution images in the slide show so that it appears well on larger screen displays (HD TV's)

I do not have any issues with the cases, my movies/TV Shows are all named individually with (BluRay) or (HDTV) etc... remember to rescrape the movies etc... once you have renamed them.

Thanks for the suggestion, wonder what Im doing wrong. I did delete source and re scrape with no luck.
Could I just ask how your files are named? From my research (very little info on the case topic for this skin) someone said you need to put .bluray
such as sleepy hollow.bluray
Another person said it would just be sleepy hollow bluray
Also just so i am clear the cases do work for full bdmv folder structure?

Could someone answer my question? it seems to have been overlooked... I wouldn't have thought it would be too hard to write in some code that looks at the album artist field first for a reference, and then if the album artist field is empty, use the track artist as a reference for the logo.png and fanarts...
Would love to see this solved.
