Sorry, but I am wondering whether there is a finalized German translation yet. On p.1 of this thread German is not listed...

I've seen here that "o0M4dH4tter0o" wanted to cover this Link.

In the main Aeon Noix Thread "Tone" wanted to "build a German translation community" Link

Can somebody comment if these guys (or somebody) else is working on a German translation?

If not, I am willing to jump in...

Regards

There is already a translator community but it never had a real "take-off"

Take a look here:

If you're interesed, just pm me...
or write an email...

Big_Noid answered to my question in the main Aeon Nox thread that there already is a German translation Link for Aeon Nox in place. So I would assume Aeon Nox is not an issue anymore...

Or has your post to be understood as general remark to build up a 'German translation community' instead of having the translations done in the current (maybe ineffizient and unorganized) way?

Regards

Yes...this would be good as the translation will be updated from time to time...
and having a central place to translate all kinds of addons in all languages this would be a good progress in "internationalization"...

cheers,

Hello,
always in mind of translating the best aeon skin, I wonder what changes this option.

Code:
<string id="31612">Enter number of positions to move (range -2 to 19)</string>
<string id="31613">Enable custom startup focus position of main menu</string>

I tried all options from -2 to 19 and I have not seen change!

When you first start Nox it will set which menu item is focussed. So this way you can set it to TVshows/Movies/Weather .... and so on

The Home Entries structure for Cirrus Extended is explained in this tread, but I guess it'll be more or less the same:

Would be nice if BigNoid could include the Nox list in his readme/wiki Rolleyes
Or maybe a feature that you can chose this interactive using the customize home screen feature. So you can easy see what menu item you set on startup.

It's pretty easy already I think. You have the current item that is focused on startup and then you count to which item you want and fill that in.
There is no way for me to make it easier than that, because of all the possibilities for enabled/disabled items.
Maybe I'll just call it an advanced feature Big Grin

What about the the disabled menu items?
Do you need to skip those when counting (no i have never actually used it Wink )?
