I am thinking of buying one and wanted to know what apps besides XBMC you guys are running on it and how does it perform on it ?

Other than iOS software that can run from the command line, nothing. XBMC and aTV Flash (black) are the only two games in town.

you do have webserver - lighttpds
however, if you are looking for games, then bad place to look at.
