But one question: Since I'm not so good in skinning/progamming.. I want the "Advanced Launcher"-Addon as a seperate option in the homescreen, besides the "movies, music etc"
how can I do that? I'm using Advanced Launcher for games, with this addon in the homescreen the skin would be more than perfect<3

i`m trying to do the same but since i`m not familiar with xbmc skining i can`t understand the way it works and i can`t add a new panel
i think it would be enough if Black could add an extra empty panel before the settings and we could add manualy content

now I'm a bit late,everyone just said how amazing this skin is ( apart my girlfriend who find it much more complex than the old one....)
I am wondering if the "picture" panel is supposed to show ... well my pictures....because it doesn't....
and I agree with the demand of a white layout (like on home menu) everywhere in the skin for a better unity...
I modified "includes_homenew" to get rid off the search panel ( take me more time to type a title than actually search for it),the weather panel (don't care don't go out
and setting ( which I can access through navguide) to lighten the skin a bit...and I center the "home" "tvshow" "movie"....label ,I thought it was to much on the left side of the screen...if someone is interested...(back up your file if you don't like the resulthttp://www.mediafire.com/?jb9n056mgtf45af
But I don't manage to get rid of rss and make the spotlight image bigger to fill the blank....if you could help me with that this will be great!

It's not finished, I explained why pictures isn't showing anything. White layout for the rest of the skin is not gonna happen, too much work. I might add the global search views for movies etc. but not for now.

For the life of me this is driving me nuts
I'm trying to make an home screen look more or less like I saw in Black' video. I managed to do everything similar but two things.
1) In the home screen the background of movies and tv shows does not rotate. I set up everything the the Skins/Background. Movies and TV Shows to present video Fanart and nothing. It stays the same has the Global settings.
2) When I move from TV Shows to Music it goes directly to the Applications and vice versa. That is, the Music panel is never shown.
Any help would be appreciated.

This skin looks fantastic. If I had this home screen and the media views from Neon I doubt I would ever need another skin
Just one question about the home panel.... In the "Ongoing TV Shows" pane I can only get banner art to display zoomed in rather than the posters that appear in the video. I'm sure I am missing an obvious setting but I'm not sure what?
Thanks once again. It really does look like something you would find on a high end Smart TV.

`Black: I do not use any fanart-background, so one background image with the white overlay would do the trick for me

I prefer the black overlay on the homescreen instead of white.
