Separate volumes for music/video - otcho - 2011-09-26 Hey, is it possible to set a specific volume for music- and video-content? When switching from video to music, I always have to decrease the volume. So it would be nice, if XBMC would save the last used volume-level per content. Greets, otcho - yastarabe - 2011-09-28 i think it's not a good idea, it can generate confusion to user. BUT i understand you: long time ago, when i was a Mediaportal user, i had a similar wish with volume levels, and i remember a plugin to do exactly that: remember audio volume level for each thing (music, video, tv channels). I also remember my bad experience using this plugin, i had to adjust the volume level more often than without him, that's why i think it's a bad idea. Anyway, maybe we have a plugin on xbmc to do it? i honestly don't know, but if he exists on Mediaportal, maybe also exists on Xbmc. Try searching on "supplemental tools for xbmc" section. |
