RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - danz0l - 2012-11-05 Will do UNi I might update the nvidia graphics driver and see if that helps. Only seems to be an issue with Virtual Blank and to be honest this really only seems to effect the menus being fluid and smooth (slight jidder without), but nothing i can't live with for now. Ironiically i never had any issues with VB on dharma live or my upgraded eden through dharma. So it could well be a XBMCuntu issue and not related to Frodo. If i find a solution i'll post it here. Seems like an hybrid gfx issue? RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - mike08 - 2012-11-06 agains freeze my dsmeg http://paste.ubuntu.com/1336854/ my xorg http://paste.ubuntu.com/1336857/ it's a zotac ad02 RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - fritsch - 2012-11-06 @mike08: Can you manually kill the xbmc.bin process? Please also paste your xbmc.log again with turning debug on before, let's see. Xorg.0.log also looks a bit strange concerning the modes: Code: DISPLAY=:0 /usr/lib/xbmc/xbmc-xrandr | pastebinit RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - mike08 - 2012-11-06 my xbmx.log http://paste.ubuntu.com/1336880/ thank RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - fritsch - 2012-11-06 @mike08: Can you move your .xbmc out of the way and start with a new one - just for testing - you can move it back later. Code: mv ~/.xbmc ~/.xbmc-bak I suspect a plugin to make problem. The log you are posting seems to indicate a clean xbmc shutdown... is this the correct logfile? For testing purpose, also do: Code: sudo mv /etc/asound.conf /etc/asound.conf-bak Retry RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - mike08 - 2012-11-06 re i have always freeze but it's less important http://paste.ubuntu.com/1336914/ RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - fritsch - 2012-11-06 Your log does not indicate a "freeze" <- can you describe what you do and what you see? Please also copy this file to your local hard disk for further testing. RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - mike08 - 2012-11-06 with file on my computer it's the same result http://paste.ubuntu.com/1337049/ if you want see http://youtu.be/Zwxaz7v-GUA thx RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - wsnipex - 2012-11-06 still no debugging enabled! 12:07:06 T:139712509495040 NOTICE: fps: 23.976024, pwidth: 1920, pheight: 1040, dwidth: 1920, dheight: 1040 12:07:06 T:139712509495040 NOTICE: Display resolution DESKTOP : 1920x1080 @ 50.00 - Full Screen (16) from what I see without debug, it looks like you don't have "Adjust Refreshrate to match video: On" RE: Howto Install XBMC PVR Xvba for AMD Radeon/Fusion and Nvidia GPUs - FernetMenta - 2012-11-06 That's a DON'T: DEBUG: Window Manager Name: Compiz Never ever use Unity or any composititing WM.
