Wireless Help - E-Machines ER1401 - JAM1991 - 2011-12-20
Looking for some help with wireless on my E-Machines ER1401 - I'm running XBMC Live, followed the guides below.

Everything looks to be installed, however when I enter "wicd-curses" - in the Terminal window, the wireless interface shows up, however no wireless networks are found.
Any help/suggestions - I have a wired connection, someone said removing that may help, however I have tried and still no SSID found.

1) Make sure wifi is enabled on bios
2) If the hardware is new, download the latest ubuntu desktop live cd and check it works.
