I have got a problem with my Raspberry Pi. It is running OSMC. I have got an external hard disk attached to it, where i have got all my media and it is mounted in /mnt/usbhdd
I would like to take the audio output of a film from OSMC to Android, so i could have video output from my tv and audio output from my Android smartphone, with headphones.
I googled and found Yatse app, i bought the Premium version, but i couldn't get to play locally or to download a film (error 401).
I tried to resolve this problem following this guide (that is exactly my problem):
http://yatse.tv/redmine/projects/yatse/knowledgebase/articles/6
I added a new source (via file manager) pointing /mnt/usbhdd/Film
But again the 401 error is showing up.
Someone could help me?

I tried to explain in the best way my situation, i hope you can aproximately understand.
I apologize in advance for any grammatical error, but i am italian.

I don't think yatse allows playback of audio on your phone with video on your tv.

I guess I could go through all the post here, or I can simply ask. Anyone one know how to use the Mouse right click function on this app, is it possible, that is the only think I have not figured out. Sometimes I need to right click to be able to open a window for delete options. Huh

I think it is possibile, because Yatse offer the possibility to play media locally on your smartphone.

Anyone know how to use the remote app to download something, I need to be able to right click like you do with a mouse.

There is a context menu button on the app. To the left of the info button.

Thanks, I'll check it out when I get home form work, cheers

Is there a place that gives you all the remote feature and functions, I did check the WiKI page, but it does not give all ??

Two more question, what is the function for page down ?? If anyone knows.

Also, can 2 devices be used on the one app ?? separate IP address.

RE: Yatse - Full featured Kodi/XBMC Remote (Widgets, Streaming, Offline media, ...) - nickr - 2015-11-10

yes but you can only control one kodi machine at a time. You choose them by tapping somewhere at the top left of the screen, sorry don't have mine on at present.

Thanks, I'll check it out, I assume the 2nd device you would have to add it manually/

How about a page down feature, is that feature available, I tried all features I could think of and was not able to fins it. No biggie if it is not there, just curious. Thanks.

Hi I have OpenELEC running on a Pi, but the same thing happened on a NUC using OpenELEC.

I have a lot of audio shares set as sources. Some are scanned into library, some aren't. Using YATSE I can't navigate into any of the sources (they're linked to shares on a networked server). The screen is just empty and YATSE tells me there's nothing there or to check my connection.

I know the shares are fine and I have correct permission because i can browse them in Kodi itself.

The Pi is headless so the only way to control it is using a remote like YATSE.

Is there anything I can do to make those sources browsable?

Pretty sure yatse works with your library, so if stuff ain't in your library, it won't be in yatse.

Your sources needs to have the allowSharing=true in them as per Wiki documentation Wink

Anyway please post support by mail or official website : http://yatse.tv/redmine/projects/yatse/knowledgebase/articles/20
