Follow the link in the first post for the developer version, it's been working fairly well for me during the preseason.

Login always fails with this version on Rogers account. Woks on the 2 other NHL add-ons.
I don't have Rogers account for testing... I didn't change the authentication for this Addon since last year. I assumed it worked with Rogers account.
I saw one user reported it worked using Rogers when I asked few weeks ago...
