Fresh install of Kodi 19.2 on windows 10 laptop.

Mike provided a skin fix to fix the issue of radio channels not playing.
However with a clean install of Kodi 19.2 using the Estuary skin and Radio addon installed, I'm still getting the Radio addon network error message, as in my post above.
Are you able to suggest how I might fix this issue.
Here's a screen shot of the Radio addon network error.
Any help/pointers you can give to help me resolve my issue using Kodi19.2 on my W10 laptop would be appreciated.
The Radio addon in Kodi 18.9 works no problem on the same laptop.

Any link to the issue so it is monitorable? I assume the bug is registered against either an addon, or Kodi.
FWIW This happens to me when I start up Kodi, and then set a Radio stream playing, so at no point have I started "multiple", so where multiple concurrent ones come from isn't clear

Would kinda be nice to have visibility of some public issue tracker where such things could be followed, like happens for some addons. Otherwise it's just a case of give up on this addon and try and find some other radio streaming that works

Can error handling please be put into this add-on. Some of the "Popular" Radio stations work for me and some stations do not, which is understandable, but i am really tired of picking a station and then kodi crashing if the station doesn't load

I am told "The crash you're experiencing is likely due to two concurrent busydialogs and not because of the 404 on the stream" yet this happens after a clean Kodi start so hence not seeing how there are "two concurrent busy dialogs" since nothing else has been invoked.

Python invoker triggers the busy dialog but queue next track also triggers another one, Kodi crashes on such situations. There's some workaround to avoid the problem on the add-on side but I haven't implemented it yet. Honestly the root cause should be fixed in Kodi itself as this is common to multiple situations. Just search for "busydialog" on the list of Kodi GitHub issues and you'll easily find multiple issues exactly like this one.

After 125 posts... 50 of them are me asking simple questions, 25 get no response at all, and the other 50 are me helping other people on this forum. Just because i want something to work correct that I have put arguably as much time into setting up and re-setting up as ANY of the team members spent building or supporting it have; doesn't mean that i deserve to be talked down too like that. Also, Just because a team member flags something, doesn't give you full rights to slander.
This is completely getting beside the point. Tell the other guy to message me directly if he wants to discuss further, we can even take this offline if he likes.

There is no need to talk around the issues. You use at least one banned add-on in your Kodi setup when you come here for support. The forum rules are quite clear. You should know by now that Team Kodi has zero tolerance for such add-ons. If you don't want to extend a 'professional manner' towards us in that regard, it shouldn't be that surprising that the ball comes back to you. And asking simple questions or helping others will still get you the bold red text on screen when you press the Reply button. Just saying.

No your issue is likely due to outdated cacerts. I think one of the CA certs of letsencrypt has expired recently. See https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021/
In which Kodi versions / operating systems are you facing this issue?
