Ifaith and 4.3 - tider37 - 2012-02-19
I am going to be jailbraking my ATV2 that has IOS 4.3 tonight. I have an IMac and I want to back up the SHSH blob , but I see there is no MAC version for Ifaith as of yet.
If I jailbreak using Seas0n Pass without backing up my 4.3 IOS blob , will it update me automatically to 4.4.4.? Which I don't want to happen

I successfully created an IPSW with Ifaith for my ATV2 that has 4.3 on it. I ran seas0n pass and tried to restore in itunes to the IPSW that I had created but I got an unknown error message 1600 in itunes.
Anybody had any success in making this work with Ifaith or am I doomed to update to 4.4.4
I created the IPSW on windows boot camp partition( since Ifaith isn't avaliable on Mac. )and ran season pass on my Imac to jailbrake, don't know if that had anything to do with it not working.
