Yes, I've done it, you can download the unreleased version here:

This zip is created automatically each time a commit is made, so it always has the latest changes

I don't know if my earlier post was actually clear or not, but it was supposed to be a response to the post I made prior to that:
The 0.7 version (which I have re-downloaded several times just to make sure that it wasn't a problem with the download), for me at least, installs on Windows XBMC 13.2 / Kodi 14, but would not on Android or OpenELEC.
I again checked a clean install of Kodi on Android just now and it will not install - it says "the file plugin.video.nba.v0_7.zip is not in the expected format".
I just downloaded the version "plugin.video.nba-latest.zip" mentioned in the above post by maxgalbu and it installed (and worked) without problem in Android and OpenELEC, so that solves my problem.
Not sure if others have had the issue with installation of the 0.7 version - if so, as I did, just install the "plugin.video.nba-latest.zip" version and it seems to work without a problem.

So it's clearly the osx zip that creates an incompatibile zip for openelec.
By the way, which android version are you using?

In the settings section for the addon, you can already input the username and password and it remembers this - is this what you mean??

I don't have an option to switch to spanish when i watch games from watch.nba.com, I don't think it's available on international league passo.
But I may not see the switch button

like the NHL gamecenter android app was done. no account needed just install, sign in (whithout having a valid account) and enjoy any live game.

You can watch highlights and top plays without an account, all the other things requires a valid nba league pass subscription.
If you refer to this plugin: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=207041 it says in the installation instructions:

Enter your username and password, select Rogers if it's a Rogers login.
Go to the Home page, select Videos>Addons and login to NHL!
EDIT: you mean the android app, not the xbmc addon? I'm not sure how they do that, but since my addon is open-source software I surely don't want to put my account data in the code.

I moved the highlights and condensed games' links in the menu alongside home/away feed links, and I added the 2012/2013 season (it can still be watched...).
