Can you please when you get a chance, change the time zone in the add on? Ever since daylight saving time, I cannot watch a game at it's proper time. It seems like it's still on the old time zone. For example, at 6pm central there was a game, but in live streams, I got no results, I then checked back an hour later and I discovered that the game was there and I was able to watch it. Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same issue here.

Where did you get version 0.8 from? Looking at the repo here: https://bitbucket.org/maxgalbu/plugin.video.nba/downloads I only see up to 0.7.

Having the exact same issue. Please fix this if you can.

RE: NBA International League Pass - Add-on - maxgalbu - 2016-03-21

I'm not having issues with the timezone... can those with this issue post here what timezone are they in?

EDIT: I'm using the us eastern timezone which is the nba timezone, I'm not sure which timezone I should "change" to. The addon converts the nba timezone to your local timezone

I live in Portugal, so my timezone is GMT. I am pretty sure the issue has to do with the timezone, because the games appear on the addon exatcly 1 hour after their start time.

I am also using version 0.8

Hope you can fix this.

Thanks,
Daniel

RE: NBA International League Pass - Add-on - maxgalbu - 2016-03-22

I've never released a 0.8 version, so you're using someone else's plugin Smile download it from here and install it: https://github.com/maxgalbu/xbmc.plugin.video.nba/releases/download/latest/plugin.video.nba-latest.zip

You'll see the upcoming games instead of only the live ones, so you can try and watch any game you want on the current day. If the game hasn't started, you'll see the error "failed to get video url".

BTW: can someone tell me where did you download this 0.8 version? Smile can't find it in the standard repo

EDIT: i can confirm that everything is working fine with the version from github. Ditch this 0.8 version and never install it again

Bump - Still getting this, and I've tried a complete Kodi restore, as well as testing other versions. On the latest official release now.

Thanks!

I'm seeing this:

Which is weird because all the request are on http, not https. What OS are you using? Can you run "openssl version" in a terminal and post the output?

Yup, it worked!
I had the 0.8 version from the SuperRepo...

I am having another issue tho with the 0.7 version. Sometimes it seems like the stream starts "fast forwarding", starts skipping a lot and I need to restart for it to work again. (I know it is not my internet connection). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks

RE: NBA International League Pass - Add-on - maxgalbu - 2016-03-22

I've requested the plugin to be included in the official repository, so there won't be any more problems related to the version: https://github.com/xbmc/repo-plugins/pull/391

Does this happen with live or archive games?

I just figured out that this was due to an expired VPN's (Unblock.US) DNS settings still in my IP Config. Not sure how everything else still worked, but when I reset it this addon starting working again. Thanks!

RE: NBA International League Pass - Add-on - WHamilton - 2016-03-23

Have you a solution for stop Play Live Games at full hour ?

RE: NBA International League Pass - Add-on - the_3mp3ror - 2016-03-25

Just found out about this addon, finally I can avoid using the orrible Flash Player!

A noob question probably, but why can you get 4500 kbps 60 fps on Kodi, and you can't select that in the browser?

RE: NBA International League Pass - Add-on - xdoktor - 2016-03-25

Just wanna thank maxgalbu for the work on LP add-on.
had a trouble free season on all my devices using the excellent work...
until this week...
I am sure I too was fouled by the time issues mentioned earlier as no live games were working for me.
on top of my LP acc had been blocked for some unknown reason....so had to email LP for new password.
updating my devices to your github link worked a treat so far so BIG THANKS...
will update re live games playing tomorrow

Forgive me if this has been covered ad nauseam, but there are 30 pages of replies. I went back a few and couldn't find this info..

I live in the USA and have a LP account. Will this add-on work for me? I've seen it in the Kodi repo, but never tried it out because it said I needed an International account and said something about the 2012-13 season, so I thought it might be a dead add-on.

RE: NBA International League Pass - Add-on - jaydee73 - 2016-03-29

Hey maxgalbu,

I could need some help installing your plugin! I've downloaded it from your link (to make sure I am using the official and latest version), but every time KODI wants to install the add-on, I am getting an error message: dependencies not met. Please contact the author.

I am using Kodi 14.2. I know, it's an outdated version, but since I am using it on an Apple TV 2, it's the latest version I can use.

Do I need a newer version to get this going? In your system requirements there is "KODI 13 or above" mentioned. But maybe this is also outdated? Or are their any other dependencies?

RE: NBA International League Pass - Add-on - jaydee73 - 2016-03-29

Did it myself. Checked the debug log to find out that I need the common plugin cache add-on. After that, installation went fine.
