I receive an error message: " Erreur Echec du scipt!: script.xbmc.subtitles" New log is available here: http://pastebin.com/1XzgcHWa Regards, Jose RE: [RELEASE] XBMC Subtitles - Addon Script - amet - 2012-05-24 (2012-05-24, 02:34)JASP44 Wrote: Hello Amet, hi, what is in /home/jasp/.xbmc/userdata/addon_data/script.xbmc.subtitles? can you zip that whole folder up and upload somewhere? PM with the link if you can RE: [RELEASE] XBMC Subtitles - Addon Script - kenwood - 2012-05-24 hello, the site sratim.co.il changed to subtitle.co.il can you please change it in the addon? sratim.co.il is only movie database now you can't find there any subtitles. please change it so we can again find subtitles in hebrew. you can also add torec.net and www.subscenter.org thank you. I've gived a look at plugin's code to understand and here is the detailed explanation:
Set to nothing by default, would let current plugin behavior using addon_data... Would use specified path otherwise. RE: [RELEASE] XBMC Subtitles - Addon Script - Roman_V_M - 2012-05-26 Very minor update for Russian translation: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/24356082/script.xbmc.subtitles.ru.zip Feature suggestion - Briam - 2012-05-29 Hi Don't know if this is the place for feature suggestions but here goes: I would like XBMC subtitles to connect to Sickbeard on TV Shows to get the release group of a specific episode so it can be used for better subtitle search or just to let the user know the release group. Is this outside the scope of XBMC subtitles or is there perhabs a better solution to my problem of always having to try multiple subtitles. But I still get the following error message; After checking the logfile xbmc.log; https://www.dropbox.com/s/c1rxt0sks3beo8b/xbmc.log, I have found out that my Windows-username Frédéric is giving the error on the special character "é". Is it possible to create a bugfix plz? RE: [RELEASE] XBMC Subtitles - Addon Script - DanUp - 2012-06-02 Hello Amet, first of all congratulations for your addon. About one month ago I'd started to have problems getting subtitles from diferents services. I use the lastest version's addon for spanish and english subtitles. I had noticed when the name of the file contains "ñ" or "Ñ" I get an error usually extracting data from zip files. I've left my log in http://pastebin.com/gUJB4B6h, it shows an utf-8 encode error in file_name.encode. For instance: 09:52:54 T:5396 DEBUG: CZipManager::GetZipList - Processing zip://C%3a%5cUsers%5cNano%5cAppData%5cRoaming%5cXBMC%5cuserdata%5caddon%5fdata%5cscript%2exbmc%2esubtitles%5csub%5ftmp%5czipsubs%2ezip/ 09:52:54 T:5396 DEBUG: statdata: 1338623553 new: 1338623574 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: Exception in python script callback execution 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: Traceback (most recent call last): 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: File "C:\Users\Nano\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\script.xbmc.subtitles\resources\lib\gui.py", line 493, in onClick 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: self.Download_Subtitles( self.getControl( SUBTITLES_LIST ).getSelectedPosition() ) 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: File "C:\Users\Nano\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\script.xbmc.subtitles\resources\lib\gui.py", line 313, in Download_Subtitles 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: self.Extract_Subtitles(zip_subs,sub_lang, gui) 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: File "C:\Users\Nano\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\script.xbmc.subtitles\resources\lib\gui.py", line 362, in Extract_Subtitles 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: subtitle_file, file_path = self.create_name(zip_entry,sub_filename,subtitle_lang) 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: File "C:\Users\Nano\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\script.xbmc.subtitles\resources\lib\gui.py", line 433, in create_name 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: file_name.encode("utf-8"),)) 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: File "C:\Users\Nano\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\script.xbmc.subtitles\resources\lib\utilities.py", line 117, in log 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: xbmc.log((u"### [%s-%s] - %s" % (__scriptname__,module,msg,)).encode('utf-8'),level=xbmc.LOGDEBUG ) 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: UnicodeDecodeError 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: : 09:52:55 T:4616 ERROR: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc2 in position 28: ordinal not in range(128) On the other hand, I would like to make you a suggestion. If you choose to show the name of the file on the title, the label "nn subtitles for movie ......" is too long so the release part of the file name, the main goal for showing the file name, isn't shown (at least using Transparency skin). Replacing that label for something like "subs." should be enough Thank you very much. At the beggining it would find subtitles, but about a month ago no subtitles are found on any tvshow that I look for, eventualy argenteam will find spanish subtitles. If I try a tvshow downloaded on my HDD it will find it with no issues. Here is my log http://pastebin.com/R0mBhh0W Thanks for any help. RE: [RELEASE] XBMC Subtitles - Addon Script - amet - 2012-06-03 you have to use manual search string or get the icefilm addon fixed to report the correct name of the movie/tvshow RE: [RELEASE] XBMC Subtitles - Addon Script - omrey - 2012-06-03 (2012-06-03, 09:41)amet Wrote: you have to use manual search string or get the icefilm addon fixed to report the correct name of the movie/tvshow Hi, strange thing. Subtitle addon will not let me set manual search string or anyother change for that matter. http://pastebin.com/94bBw5F9 I rolled back, uninstall and reinstalled, but xbmc keeps remembering old settings.
