Hi,
I ama planning to write a subtitle download plug-in for Plex Media Server. Can I use your parts from your subtitle server connection codes? My plug-in will be FOSS but PMS is closed source.

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I'm not having any luck with this add-on at the moment.

I go to the 'Download Subtitles' button whilst watching a movie, I get the normal choices of sites I've selected to get the subs from, all works fine, I choose the ones I want, download them and it's still as normal.

Once downloaded it then returns to the movie, but the subs don't play. If I go to the 'Audio and subtitle settings' I can see that the subtitles are selected and appear to have downloaded fine but I just can't get them to be displayed.

If I had the .srt in the same folder initially there's no problem at all so I know it's more add-on related than it is an actual subtitle issue.

I'm sure I'm being an idiot and something is staring me in the face, tried downloading 4 files from 4 different sites now for various movies all to no avail!

Thanks a lot, realised what I was doing now as it was trying to save the file to my networked computer which it didn't have access to do so I've moved the subs folder to the local drive.

Hi - I'm new to xbmc. I've got a raspberry pi with openelec v12. I added the subtitle add-on. But when I try to select the subtitle icon while the move is playing nothing happens. I've repeated this several times with different movies ... nothing. Here is the log

everytime i use subtitles module for the first time it works,
when i start another episode of a tv show and calls it again, it closes xbmc

Since updating to Frodo (currently RC2) I experience a very long delay when trying to search for a second subtitle.

The first subtitle download performs as quickly as usual, but when trying to download an alternative subtitle it takes a very long time for the addon to display search results.
