Is there a list of apps somewhere that I can view the different apps that you can put on XMBMC example Netflix, Hulu Plus, maybe TuneIn Radio App... is there a list somewhere?

you can look at all the addons within xbmc before installing them.
but no, I don't think there is one list of addons as they are constantly added and deleted.

here are the unofficial repos that you can add to your setup to get addons.
An easier way to add repos into xbmc is by installing fusion on your system. Click here for tutorial
This will give you a bunch a repos in one place so that you can install the repos and then view them in your xbmc setup.
