XMBC vs QT Player picture quality - Griggs3d - 2012-07-08
I have a question about Compression. When I compress a ripped DVD to MP4 it looks great on QuickTime player but degraded on XBMC and WMP. I used handbrake to create the file. Anyone else experience this? If so, any solutions?
OS: Windows 7 64bit

Can you get us a debug log (wiki) of when you play the file? Also, run MediaInfo (wiki) on one of the MP4s and also paste that info. Paste both debug log and MediaInfo via a paste site like pastebin.com and give the links in the forum post.
