XBMC 11 freeze on startup - runekey - 2012-07-12
Hi, I'm trying to run the latest version of XBMC on my Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium, but every time I launch it my entire computer freezes, forcing me to do a hard reset.
I was able to launch and use XBMC Eden once the first time I installed it, but every time I've opened the program after that I've had this problem. Even after re-installing the software the problem persists.
My best guess is that something about XBMC trying to load my video library is causing it to crash, but I have no idea what to do about it or why this would be an issue.
tl;dr XBMC causes Win7 to freeze on startup after I tried using it a second time.

Sounds like something got corrupted... delete C:\Users\computer_name\AppData\Roaming\XBMC
and re-install, this will put it back at square 1... you might try and delete just the library, you might get lucky.
C:\Users\PatK\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata, or more luck just the \database

I have try to reinstalled xbmc and delete the C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\XBMC folder.
But it is still stuck @ splash screen. But through RDP connection XBMC start.
So i have try to reinstall nvidia graphics driver but still no luck!
