Hello, I've to ask you a simple question, to see if I really understand if this addon is what I need (because currently it doesn't work).
I configured in XBMC 12.0 a source which contains TV series, and they are recognized by the internal scraper.
Since I have 2 laptops I would like to have the "watched" status synchronized, because I don't remember which episodes I haven't seen yet.
Is this plugin suitable for this purpose?
I downloaded the addon from github, installed it, then configured with username and password + added the option "sync after library updates".
Currently what I managed to do is to just push the episodes that I've watched after installing the addon, to my trakt.tv account, but for example in the site dashboard I can't see previously watched episodes (I mean episodes that were marked watched before installing the addon) or episodes I manually mark as watched.
Furthermore in the other laptop the "watched" status is not synchronized, so I'm wondering if I really understood this addon purpose.
Can you help me?

Yes it will work for a full 2 way sync. It sounds like you just need to turn on more of the sync settings in trakt addon settings. I'd also reboot both XBMC's after doing that.

All synchronize options are enabled except "clean", and I've also done lots of reboots.
I would like to have a look at logs (I have debug mode enabled). Where are the logs collected?

I've tried 1.01 as well as 2.0 via a git clone and I still get username password incorrect. I'm running Frodo nightly from the 24 of Jan or so. I"m using just my username, not my email. I saw some people had some problems before with this but not with this iteration of the plugin. What can I do?

Double check you don't have multiple instances or other trakt plugins. I'm pretty certain the latest 2.0 on github fixed the login issues. It was saving things with extra white space, so the plugin strips that away now which fixed the problem in all my testing.

All thats needed is to enable it then either update library (if sync after update is enabled) or goto programs -> trakt. If it still wont work turn on debugging in addon settings (XBMC debugging wouldnt hurt either) and try again. Post the log on pastebin and give us the link.

rectifyer: After upgrading to Frodo final and deleting an old 1.0.1 zip file I found (although wasn't installed) it seems to be working now. Thanks for all the great work you guys are doing to support xbmc!

If you read thru the comments, most people agree that that the old traktutils rating dialog does not suffice.

Yea, looks like it. If you turn of the sync movies setting in the addon it should fix that tho..
