Not signed into git on this device. Personally I'm against the idea, keep it simple.
Secondly, unless I've missed something, why haven't you made a new thread for the v3 add-on? Obviously you don't need to but it makes more sense... to me at least.

Hello i have the following issue:
When i watch a episode and stop it at ~ 90% the addon scrobbel it as watched on trakt.tv
When i resume the epsiode for the last ~ 10% the addon scrobbel it as watched on trakt.tv again.
anyone else have this?

That's a default trakt behavior. The percentage you need to watch is hardcoded at 80 percent for now.

As said, it's hardcoded on the trakt servers. The only thing I could do would be not to send a scrobble stop, but that would break scrobble for everybody.

probably, but never done it before and couldn't find a walkthrough (so far)
not sure how important this is and when I can find time for that.
also a trakt.py package would be ace.

There's only a beta repo for now, but it will be pushed to the official after the next transiflex translation update.
The last one was six days ago, so there should be a new one soon.
