I need to build a really cheap ($150) computer for my mom. I do not need a hard drive.
She will just be doing web browsing, watching movies, word documents, etc.
It will run windows but I have already bought that.
I just need the best components I can get for like $150!

XBMC for it is still in development, but things should be shaping up really nicely for it in the future, making it a safe investment.

If you can afford another $14, this PC might be your best choice- Generic TS-0002QC-AMDX203 Desktop PC AMD Dual-Core Processor E-450(1.65GHz) 2GB 500GB HDD....it might be the best PC you can buy for $164 OTD.......
