The series is marked in YLE Areena as watchable abroad (and in fact the episodes are listed if 'Are you in Finland' is deselected).
Strangely a few short trailers/promos for Uutisvuoto are instead watchable with the plugin (although they are not listed in out-of-Finland mode)

Anyway, I modified the plugin to check all the categories and not show programs from those categories that cannot be played.

It seems that starting with OpenElec version 6.0 (released November 2015) the videos are not played anymore. The error seems to be caused by Kodi 15.2 that is used by the OE6 releases.

You can view the videos by downgrading to OpenElec 5.0.8.
