Do you guys realise that you can get access to areena dot yle dot fi by using a Chrome http request header changer and putting in a Finnish server ip ? Takes literally 30 seconds.

Any guide recommending the use of this script is out of date.
The widevine library should now be installed (and updated) by
script.module.inpustreamhelper.
script.module.inputstreamhelper will be installed automatically as a dependency
when installing video addons (Netflix etc.) from a suitable repository.
Contact the video add-on author if the video add-on does not support
script.module.inputstreamhelper.

Addon doesn't currently support inputstreamhelper. You can use netflix addon for example to install widevine.
Also I'm really surprised that cmore addon still works, haven't used it for about six months.

That problem is addon side. Its already fixed latest libreelec build but still not working. Can you update addon? Otherwise is unusable.

Is that new version released now when i start kodi it automatically update cmore addon? If you want test i can give cmore account. I havent tested awhile katsomo addon.

You have to download zip from github and reinstall addon: https://github.com/Dis90/plugin.video.cmorefi
Try that and if it doesn't work post debug log (remember hide possible personal details from log).

I tested and now it works fine, huge thanks for update! One problem is with that addon. It so slow, takes about 1-2 minutes opening different categories. Is it possible to speed up somehow?

(What I say in the Github issue about it not working anymore for Yle is not true, it's still working as you say.) It was implemented in Retrospect, but the developer of Retrospect decided to remove the spoofing option last year due to a risk of being sued. Having Yle and other Finnish channels in Retrospect would be cool anyway. Please write something in the issue, so the developer knows there are more people who want it.
Meanwhile, would adding the function of the X-Forwarded-For header to this plugin be possible? I haven't kept up with who are the present developers, but ping @hirsivaja @teepean and @szymex
The ultimate I think would be if you guys could make the Finnish channels for Retrospect to just merge with present code. Wish I knew how to program...

Any news about ruutu plugin? Areena and katsomo working right now no problems. Ruutu is the one my GF wants and i have to listen to the nagging
