what do the Average/fast and X% mean?

For example, the addon Project Free TV has a lot of links to TV shows. After you choose a show and then a season and then an episode to watch you get a list of providers to choose from.
Choose Your Stream
Full - 180upload.com - Average - 100%
Full - putlocker.com - Fast - 74%
Full - vidxden.com - Fast - 79%

artrafael, I clearly wrote it is an example, I saw many addons with the same structure.
If you cannot help, I don't hold it against you, just don't answer.
I believe I posted into the "XBMC General Help and Support" forum and this is a General question about something I saw more than once in the addons and I don't understand.
I can live without an answer too, but if someone knows the answer, he/she is welcome to post it in this thread.
