Intel HD4000 - DrHero - 2012-12-01

Hello Forum ppl!

Here's my setup
MB: Asus P8Z77-V LK
RAM: 8GB G skill DDR3
Intel i5 3750K

Here is my problem:
My computer's HDMI port broke after an electric problem in my house ( and all HDMI ports for my TV too!!!)
The DVI port works properly but I can't use my computer on my new TV for XBMC purpose. So I decided to buy a new video card with an HDMI and DVI port. Actually I have a GT610 2GB DDR3 but it's expensive ( I paid full price and I can return it a soon as I can find a better price 85$) It's making a good job but I'd stay with something that is comparable with the onboard intel HD4000 with no fan I'm no big gamer but some power under the hood at a reasonnable price is always welcome.

I found some VC bargain price :
ZOTAC ZT-20313-10L Synergy GeForce 210 Video Card - 1GB, DDR3 15$
SAPPHIRE 100292DDR3L Radeon HD 5450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 : 20$
XFX HD-545X-ZQH2 Radeon HD 5450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 : 24$
EVGA 01G-P3-1313-KR - GeForce 210 - 520 MHz Core - 1Go DDR3 SDRAM: 28$

I'm just wondering if those card will do the same job my integrated VC was doing ?
And should I go with a radeon or a geforce?

I can afford Vc up to 50$ but staying in the lo with same spec as my original VC would be ok for me too!!!

Thanks guys for your help

Ifound This:
http://meilleursprix.ca/show-product.asp?id_product=738088&product=Gigabyte+GeForce+GT+610+Silent+LP+810MHZ+1GB+1%2E6GHZ+GDDR3+DVI+HDMI+VGA+PCI%2DE+Video+Card

For 20$ instead of 85$ it'a a real bargain!!!
Are MIR from Gigabyte are good?
But If should I go with a radeon ?

A HD5450 will work fine (I use on in my main HTPC) but an HD4000 is more like a HD6570, or just a little better.
