Android - MK809ii - video playback issue - aliguu - 2013-01-13
Hi guys,
i recently got my new MK809ii stick and installed xbmc on it.
everything works fine EXCEPT the video playback...
i find that if my videos are 720p video file (movies usually 2-5GB size, mkv and or avi), then when playing it, the video basically continuous jerks, its like a little bit of slow motion playback with intermissive pause intervals.
is this a common problem for previous versions?
Any suggestions for solution to this?

See Android FAQ (wiki). Hardware video decoding is not working for most devices, which is required for smooth HD playback.

so is there no way around to get his to work at all atm?
any patch or script to install into xbmc, so for the video play part, it can choose a alternative 'app' to run?
