Great to see someone working on this, I have some problems though.

I downloaded your 3.0.1 zip but in the information in the addon it still says 3.0.0. Wrong link or am I missing something.

Most shows open but most require 2 or  3 tries

The shows lock up often.  

Any ideas on any of this

I think it shows 3.0.0 because the code wasn't updated to show 3.0.1, that's not an issue. I assume you are using Kodi 19. Are you in the UK?

I think it shows 3.0.0 because the code wasn't updated to show 3.0.1, that's not an issue. I assume you are using Kodi 19. Are you in the UK or using VPN?
Sorry I should have given you a little more info. I am on  an Android box  using Kodi 19 in the US.

I rarely have any problem on any of my other addons

ITV is geo-locked to the UK, so strictly speaking you can't access from the US. There are probably ways of accessing from elsewhere, the same as you probably can their website. But I don't think we should be discussing bypassing any geo-blocks in this thread as it could lead to legal issues or takedown requests which of course nobody wants Smile

They shouldn't require 2 or 3 tries, probably best to post a log file showing the initial failures, that should provide some clues.

It won't play in the US because it's geo locked to the UK.

I have just updated to Kodi 19 on an Android box. Is there a method to download and install ITV player. I have tried several times using https://github.com/mcowell/catchup4kodi/..._3.0.1.zip but get no connection.

It is a very good app when working............... Any help please.

I have tried just  ..........     catchup4kodi/plugin.video.itv/release_3.0.1.zip      ....... and    ......    http://catchup4kodi/plugin.video.itv/release_3.0.1.zip       but still get the same reply. 

I will try again in the very very near future as it is a very good app.

Did you click on here in blue above because the addresses you said you just tried are not what I linked you to.

You can't add the url to File Manager in Kodi, you have to download via your web browser.

Thanks again. Went to the site and downloaded it. How do I get to work within Kodi...

Its my age. Retired 15 years, so not to technical. Sorry :-(

See the wiki link above. Copy the zip file onto the device and then use the wiki walkthrough to install it.
