Video doesn't download or play - freakinprince - 2013-05-23
Hi there
After installing it was all good. I added DIY network and wanted to watch bath crasher
It will start loading but then the pop up goes away
Then error comes up saying one or more video failed
I am running iphone 4 iso 6.1
Let me know and below is the link for the log

I tried it on my iPad 4 on iOS 6.1 using XBMC v12.2, and was able to play several episodes of Bath Crashers via the DIY add-on. The log says the server sent the error, so maybe it was a temp issue, or maybe it's being geoblocked? Where are you located in the world?

just tried it and still nothing...it just goes back to the main listing of shows from bath crasher
anything else i can try?

EDIT: so that now you mention about geoblocked... i went ahead and add on cbsnews and video works fine... so chances are its geoblock however there are other network that works .... please see below
So far tried the following
CBS - works
kidsplace (storyonline) - works
Foxnews - works
DIY - failed
HGTV - failed
PBS - this came up an error saying "you are not in the geographic regon that has access to this content"
this error never showed up for DIY or HGTV

You could use VLC and play the stream. That should be able to give you some codec info

This vlc only works on the PC
How am I to view anything on iPhone?
Even though how do I get it to link to DIY network so that I can view the file format there?
Tried it on a Ubuntu last night and it fails to view file as well
I am doing to try and use the US VPN or proxy and see if I still have problem or not as iphone it didn't work
