...Is there any possibility of getting it added to XBMC 13.0? I think most Windows users who like to use MD as their visualizer would appreciate the ability to use both 2.0 presets as well as the standard ones (me included).

Personally, what I'd actually like to see is for SoundSpectrum to pull their fingers out and bake support for XBMC into their visualizers. But given the amount of time it took them to add x64 support (for WMC) I don't see it happening any time soon (although I hope to be proven wrong). In the meantime, this is the next best substitute. However it seems the devs are keeping quiet at the moment...
