RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - Regss - 2014-03-27

movielib v.2.5.0 done.
- added 3 views (list, small and big posters)
- rewrite some functions and fixed minor bugs

To update from 2.4.0 replace all files without install.php and go to admin panel. Tables will be updated.

Regss
The application looks awesome. However, I cannot get it working.
This is a new setup with Apache/PHP/Mysql
I set apache to run as myself which gave access rights to /var/www
the directory which the application is in is /var/www/movielib
I ran the installer and that seemed to work
However, I cannot login to the admin page - it simply reloads the login page, if I enter an incorrect password it displays wrong password try again, so that isn't the issue
When looking in phpmyadmin I can see the movielib db has been created and the users have been inserted into the user table
Thoughts?
Update: Resolved that issue
However now I am trying to sync the db. The path to the 'script' is this the path of sync.php or admin.php or something else?
Update: Resolved that issue also
The answer is the path to the sync.php file for others that may also run into the same issue.

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - Exiar - 2014-03-28

When you post the url, I have seen my mistake. The port in the url was wrong.

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - hallohome - 2014-03-30

And again THANX for this great tool.

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - _Andy_ - 2014-03-30

Hello

just downloaded your latest release (2.5.0)
I switched default view to small poster(2).
If i go to the main site first i get the small poster list. I click on a movie to watch the details.
After that i click 'title' to get the complete list back and now i have the default view big posters (0)
So i need to change the view manually to small poster.

If you click on a sorting button (title, year, rating, added and so on) you should always get the desired view not the default big poster view.
Please can you verify that and maybe fix?

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - Exiar - 2014-03-30

Can you add banner support for tvshows? My banners were resized to posters.

When I change "Panel Top" to "off" I see the place holders in the output ({top_item_last_added} {top_item_most_watched} {top_item_last_played} {top_item_top_rated})

btw great tool

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - Regss - 2014-04-05

v. 2.5.1
- fixed switching between views
- fixed panel top
- update language
- added support for banners

To update replace all files without install.php.
To get proper banner delete tvshow and sync again.

Thank you all for help.

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - Cocotus - 2014-04-05

Very nice! Thanks for the updates will install tomorrow - banner support is interesting! Right now your movielib is the best way to present my movie library Smile
I have a question: In admin panel I can remove tv show/movies by clicking "X" - it works well but I think those removed entries will get added again with the next rescan on xbmc? Is there a way to avoid removed movies/shows to being added by the next rescan?

EDIT: Just unzipped newest master.zip to my webspace but now I get error:

Warning: file_get_contents(templates/default/.tpl) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /users/cocotus/www/movielib/function.php on line 20

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - ensignvorik - 2014-04-05

Have you logged into admin panel? Usually need to do that too after an update.

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - gulp - 2014-04-06

Hi, thanx for this addons!

Btw, i've just installed Apache+mysql+php on a RaspberryPi.
i've installed your movielib-master created a mysql user and installed the addons on another computer where there is Xbmc.
all the configuration goes ok..

Now in xbmc log i see:
Code:
23:50:33 T:1004  NOTICE: >>>> Movielib <<<< settingsURL: http://192.168.1.1
23:50:33 T:1004  NOTICE: >>>> Movielib <<<< settingsToken: *********

23:50:33 T:1004  NOTICE: >>>> Movielib <<<< settingsPosters: true

23:50:33 T:1004  NOTICE: >>>> Movielib <<<< http://192.168.1.1/sync.php?option=checkversion

23:50:33 T:1004  NOTICE: >>>> Movielib <<<< Version is valid
23:50:33 T:1004  NOTICE: >>>> Movielib <<<< http://192.168.1.1/sync.php?option=checktoken&token=******

23:50:33 T:1004  NOTICE: >>>> Movielib <<<< movielibMovieID: ['1', '2']

but it add only a film (without cover) and then i've an error message in xbmc (cant' connect to http://192.168.1.1/)
but in xbmc log seems that a lot of films are added.

Everytime i rerun xbmc only one film and one tvshow are added.... what can i do?

RE: MovieLib - Your movie database on web - gulp - 2014-04-07

i've removed Apache, installed Nginx... same behavior.
