Can you tell me whats going on exactly? PTVL doesn't just delete your settings2 file... you must be killing or shutting down PTVL improperly.. Can you tell me exactly what type of channel and what you are doing leading up to it?

Just so you know... and everyone should know I use PTVL daily, it's my main source of TV in my whole household... so problems like this are hard to miss, it's most likely something unique to your setup, which will require a lot of debugging on your end to help me figure it out...

I had this happened to me, I deleted the texture.db in xbmc and it fixed it... never found the reason for the bug... but nothing in code stood out.

I seem to be encountering an issue with directory interleaving that I had wanted to see if anyone else has encountered a similar issue. I seem to be having issues with interleaving directories into a directory type channel.

For instance, I have 3 directories:

Directory 1 (Configured as the directory used in the base channel configuration)
Directory 2 (interleaved channel)
Directory 3 (interleaved channel)

When the channel is configured with Directory 1 by itself the channel has no issues with appearing after PTL starts, but if the channel is configured with either of the directory interleaved channels the channel wont appear. I though this was kind of strange as all of the directories have the same media type (MP4) and all play well by themselves individually.

By any chance has anyone gotten a similar setup to work on their installations?

So your custom skin isn't working? I need you to help out, lol... a tmp fix is just that! if you don't help, problem will still exist.

Are you saying when you select "custom" in your skins you see default images? can I see a screen shot?
