My mistake

You are correct, i don't know what i was thinking, I cannot cut into USTV streams, and it was a poor example as it is all sent through as one continuous stream. It was a poor example

In the case of other addons, which push through VODs as streams, we can interleave content. This is more the functionality i am wondering about, as the streams i am looking at are not 24/7 streams but rather unique streams on a case by case basis.

I'm sorry its difficult to explain what I want. But my goal is to have PTVL show all the live events available on all my plugins at all time on unique channels, this way i don't have to go to each individual plugin and see the live events occurring currently. I do not know the name, or time or amount of events at any given time. I assume what you are implying is that these events are generally hanled as liveTV and once the channel is set it can never be changed? In which case i go back to my first post as a feature request that this would be an Awesome feature to have.

Dec64's suggestion will work but you won't be able to control which stream is on and when. The will be shuffled on the channel like any other media...

Yeah, and that's what i'm trying to change,

I would like all the live events which are currently available to have their own channel to show as currently airing in real time, which would be somewhat possible at first boot using the pseudo library stream generator, however I have no way of changing the content on a channel when a new live event occurs.

The biggest benefit to me of PTVL is being able to just surf shows and movies and live TV currently airing all in one place without looking for one event in particular. As of right now, with live events on addons such as sports, I have no way of easily seeing everything that is currently airing in one place. I don't care when the events finish, only that they show up as being currently aired.

Now we're getting there hihi
I was 99% sure that this is not possible right now because I tried everything (!) and in the end I wrote a request that got highly miss understood
I was just wondering if it might be possible to implement this in a future release because I would really love that.
Thanks for listening and answering to my post, I'm out now
Wish everyone a nice and peaceful evening

100% possible - info in milkmans guide.

Seriously? I read this guide at least 3 times and it's only pointing out how to get BCTs integrated into your Channels in a very long-winded way. I guess it was written before Luna wrote BCTs into the script...
I would still be stuck with Trailer in Channels I don't want them in...
Maybe I miss understood something and you could be so kind and explain it to me?

What was the point of boyboys post?

Did he ask a question?
Did he share info on what his issue is?
Did he provided any feedback on how I can improve this plugin?

Or did he come here to complain!

Im willing to help those who provided logs and offer constructive suggestions... anything else is nothing more then a waste of time. It Does little to remedy any problems.

You should only post if you are looking for a solution, not complaining!

My track record on this topic speaks for itself.

Provide a log, gets instant fix.
Articulate a problem or a feature request, it gets added.
Dont post a log or complain, be ignored!
luna i'm still having issues with the in app hanging at 90%. LOG: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5wesor5pyly0ggx/AAC4ObbIjTTgqqXCZgGdOLIRa?dl=0

I think what you're trying to do is a little niche for just you so doubt it would become a feature but, been trying to think of a way around it.

If you use pseudo library stream generator and point it at the root of the sports links. e.g. the "Live Events/Upcoming" bit, then define that strm as a Internet TV type channel. You would get no EPG but if you played the channel, it would try the first link in the .strm, if that is not active it would hopefully move to the next in the .strm. You could also press play next/play previous to move between the streams. I'm not sure this would work but it may. Perhaps it could be done via a playlist instead? Worth having a go.

RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Briany - 2015-02-11

Getting a strange issue on Helix where the video stops when I put the EPG up. Sound continues, but if I leave it too long it starts to cut out and stutter and does that thing where it has to fast forward to catch up when I take the EPG off. Last time out, the sound didn't return to normal and it went all chipmunk. Are these known issues on Kodi with PseudoTV Live? Also, I can't seem to get PTV to find internet channels like Youtube playlist etc., just local content.

Hey guys - Quick question - is there a suggested donation amount to receive a donor logon? I donated several dollars about 2 weeks ago and no response... Understandably Lunatixz likely has a ton of messages/donations. But was just a little surprised (apologies in advance if this isn't the appropriate forum to post this question).

The channel scheduling feature might actually work for something like this. Without 100% of the details on which streams are live and when and how they need to appear and when etc it's hard to tell.

I think he's referring to setting up interleaved channels. That might work.

So this is a gorgeous skin... But I'm having trouble with the font sizes. Things are overlapping in places that they shouldn't lol any ideas how to fix this?

Are you running a custom Kodi skin? If so switch back to the default (confluence) and it should work. I'm looking into correcting this issue.

Ah yes, that's it. Running the Xbox One skin, running Gotham.

RE: [FORK] "PseudoTV Live" w/ LiveTV, InternetTV and added Strm Support - Indy_star - 2015-02-11

Quick question for Luna or anyone else that knows the answer. Is ptvl fully supported under Helix ? I'm still running Gotham because of previous Helix issues with this plugin and in a post a while back, I think Luna said to stick with Gotham for now. I see lots of users talking about kodi setups, but since this is my daily goto plugin, I don't want to compromise stability unless Luna has posted that it is fully compatible.

Sorry if it was posted somewhere already, just point me in that direction if so. Also I should mention that I noticed the 1/2 integration into kodi on the main page, that sounds like a feature for kodi. I'm only asking about it being recommend to upgrade yet to for use with ptvl.
