[SOLVED] Custom Home Background Image - hernandito - 2013-07-25 Hi All.... I love this skin. period.... I tested in my Win 7 machine and it works like a charm. But I tried installing it on my HTPC which uses OpenELEC... and when I change the background image on my home screen (say for Movies), I get 2 black vertical bars on left and right of my custom image. It is as if my image is being compressed on the horizontal. See attached photo: My TV is 1080p, my XBMC resolution is set to 1920x1080,.. and my custom image is 1920x1080 resolution... While my image is being squished, the menus properly go to the edge of the screen. I properly calibrated my screen so that the GUI all fits on the screen. Is it possible to make my custom background image properly stretch to the edges? I added my custom image by: Settings > Skin > Customizers > Menu Item Customizer > Movies > Choose Background > Single Image.... and picking my jpg file (also tried a png file) Any advice/help is greatly appreciated. Many thanks, H. EDIT Find the answer to this: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=151715&pid=1321647#pid1321647 Thanks!! |
